At Whiskey Goats Outdoor Co., we are committed to providing you with the best service and support. Our shipping policy ensures that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows you to easily manage your returns and ensures that you can shop with confidence. Whiskey Goats offers delivery and store pick-up to customers in Rock Springs, WY (82901). If your item was delivered to you, please return the item to the store for a return or exchange.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, Whiskey Goats will accept your return in its original packaging and condition within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange of the purchased items.  Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days once we've received your item(s). If you purchased your item(s) directly from Whiskey Goats, please email whiskeygoats@gmail.com or call customer service at 1-307-389-2725 to start your return.

If you have purchased your Whiskey Goats item from a retail store, we are not able to issue a refund, please contact the retail store directly.  If you have a new and unworn Whiskey Goats item that you would like to exchange for a different size, please call customer service at 1-307-389-2725.
